Your data and AI stack is harder to run than your business.

0:05

You already know the rest.

0:09

Years rolling out a data platform, just to answer the most basic questions. The industry calls it normal. We call it an expensive habit.

0:20

Winners don't adapt to software. Software adapts to winners. So we broke the rule everyone accepted: a new tool for every problem. We took it all, and made it one.

0:34

The only Intelligent Data OS. And don't bother looking for another.

0:39

DataMind OS will solve every meaningful data and AI problem humanity has ever faced, and ever will. Oh, also: it's sovereign, and hosted anywhere. Your data, your rules.

0:54

Others wait. You know. Others integrate. You decide. Others catch up. You're already ahead. If you play to win, you're in the right place. We did the impossible. Now it's your turn.

AI Minds

Ask.
It works on your data.

Minds are AI analysts and builders built into the OS. They learn your rules, write the SQL, run it on your ClickHouse and hand back the answer, the chart and the deck.

Training Hub in DataMind OS with the card How we measure growth, enabled and persistent, showing the company rule text.
  1. Teach it your rules.

One persistent card in the Training Hub says how your company measures growth. The Mind reads it in every conversation, so answers start from your definition.

  2. Ask a plain question.

Which cities grew most in Q3?

Sales Mind writes the SQL, runs it on your ClickHouse, ranks the cities and explains the result.

Sales Mind conversation Q3 city growth, with a growth-by-city bar chart, a ranked table led by Chicago, Austin and Nashville, and the written answer.
  3. Let it build.

A Warehouse Builder Mind splits the model across three agents, one per dimension. In Manual mode, every change waits for your approval.

  4. Ship the deck.

Sales Mind turns the answer into a deck. Open it in Slides, bind charts to live data and export native PowerPoint.

85M Kartlos Premium and 850M Kartlos Standard tokens a month are included. Model calls use zero-data-retention routing (C.04), and PII Shield checks what people send to Minds (C.07).

The short version.

  • On your servers.

DataMind OS installs on your own hardware or your own cloud account. Your data lives in ClickHouse, under your rules.

  • About 20 minutes

About 20 minutes from the Installer to a running OS.

  • $4,999

A month, or $49,999 a year. Every app. One plan.

Enterprise controls, included.

C.01 Hosting
Linux with Docker (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Rocky or Alma), physical or virtual, in your data center or your cloud account.
C.02 Network
Not air-gapped. The host needs outbound access to a handful of DataMind domains for installation, updates, maps and AI.
C.03 Data
Lake, warehouse, SQL and reports run in ClickHouse on your servers.
C.04 Model calls
Through DataMind's AI gateway, which routes only to zero-data-retention model endpoints. DataMind's platform keeps a request log of its own; turn on Prohibit PII transmission to keep request bodies out of it.
C.05 Sign-in
OpenID Connect with Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or any OIDC provider, plus authenticator-app two-factor authentication for everyone or for chosen users. SAML and SCIM are not supported.
C.06 Access rules
Object, column and row rules are enforced in the database, so they hold in the SQL editor, BI, Minds and external tools.
C.07 PII Shield
An on-premise detection model checks what people send to Minds and persistent training cards. Minds read personal-data columns as tokens.
C.08 Audit and updates
An audit trail, a ClickHouse activity console, and monthly updates applied from the browser.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What buyers ask before they start the trial.

What is DataMind OS?

The Intelligent Data OS: Connect Anything, Lake, Warehouse, ETL/ELT, Workflows, Lineage, SQL Editor, DataPrism BI, Slides, AI Minds and 19 more apps, in one product with one login, installed on your own servers.

What does the free trial include?

The full OS, every app, on your own server, for two months. No card and no feature limits. When the trial ends, you buy a license or the OS stops. Your data stays on your servers either way.

What do we need to install it?

One Linux server with Docker (Ubuntu, Debian, RHEL, Rocky or Alma), physical or virtual, in your data center or your cloud account. Evaluation starts at 2 vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD. The host needs outbound access to a handful of DataMind domains for installation, updates, maps and AI. A browser-based Installer does the rest in about 20 minutes.

Where does our data live?

In ClickHouse on your servers. Every query, report and semantic model runs there. When a Mind answers, the model call goes through DataMind's AI gateway, which routes only to zero-data-retention model endpoints, and columns marked as personal data reach the model as tokens. DataMind's platform keeps a request log of its own; turn on Prohibit PII transmission to keep request bodies out of it.

What is Kartlos?

Kartlos Premium and Kartlos Standard are DataMind's built-in model tiers, backed by frontier models that DataMind curates and keeps current. Premium is for complex analysis and building, Standard for fast everyday work. 85M Premium and 850M Standard tokens a month are included in your license, about 1B and 10B a year. Each web search uses 1,500 and each web page read 2,000 Premium tokens. More models from the catalog can be enabled and are billed per token.

Is there a per-user price?

No. One company license at $4,999 a month or $49,999 a year covers the whole OS and every app. Your server or cloud VM is billed by your own provider.

Can we run it in the cloud?

Yes, on a virtual machine in your own AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or any other account. DataMind does not host it for you today. It always runs on infrastructure you control.

How do updates work?

New features ship every month. Admins check for and apply updates from the browser, in Admin > Platform or in the Installer, for the whole stack or for selected services.

How do people sign in?

With your company identity provider over OpenID Connect (Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or any OIDC provider), plus authenticator-app two-factor authentication that admins can require for everyone or for chosen users. Access rules for objects, columns and rows are enforced in the database, so they hold in the SQL editor, BI, Minds and external tools. SAML and SCIM are not supported.

Who do we talk to?

Fill out the form and our team will get back to you. Documentation lives at datamind.guide, and the community meets on Discord.
