These terms cover your use of datamind.com, the website of DataMind, the company behind DataMind OS. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the site
You are welcome to read the site, share its pages and contact us. Please do not:
- Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the servers behind it
- Copy or scrape the site in bulk without our written permission
- Send false details, or someone else's, through the contact form
- Use the site for anything unlawful
Our content
The DataMind name and logo, product names such as DataMind OS, DataPrism, AI Minds and Oda, and the screens, text and design of this site belong to DataMind. You may quote short passages and link to any page. Anything more needs our written permission.
The product screens on this site were captured from DataMind OS running on a demonstration dataset. The company and the figures shown in them are fictional.
Other companies' names
ClickHouse, Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, VS Code, Cursor, Claude, Slack, Discord, Google, Amazon Web Services, Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir and all other third-party product and company names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them to identify those companies and products, describe compatibility and make comparisons.
A mention on this site does not mean that a company endorses DataMind or is affiliated with it, unless the site says so.
No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate and current, but it is provided "as is." Product details, screens and figures change as DataMind OS evolves, and nothing on this site is a promise or a warranty. What you get is defined by your license agreement.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, DataMind is not liable for any loss that comes from using this site or relying on its content. That includes indirect losses such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Product, pricing and trials
DataMind OS, its pricing, its free trial and its support are governed by the license agreement your company signs with DataMind. Prices and plan details on this site describe our standard offer and do not form a contract. If this site and your license agreement disagree, the agreement wins.
Links to other sites
This site links to sites we do not run, such as LinkedIn, Discord and YouTube. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
