01Data
On servers you control.
SQL, reports, semantic models and storage run on your own Linux servers, physical or virtual, in your data center or your cloud account. DataMind does not host DataMind OS for you today.
It is not air-gapped: the host needs outbound access to a handful of DataMind domains for installation, updates, maps and AI.
02Identity
SSO and two-factor sign-in.
People sign in with your company identity provider over OpenID Connect, plus authenticator-app two-factor authentication that admins can require for everyone or for chosen users. SAML and SCIM are not supported.
SSO-only mode sends everyone through your identity provider, and users with the built-in Admin role keep a password fallback.
03Access and audit
Rules in the database. A record of every request.
- Access rules. Object, column and row rules are enforced in the database through per-role views, so they hold in the SQL editor, BI, Minds and external tools.
- Request audit log. Every API request is recorded with time, user, IP, status and response time, with filters and export.
- AI audit trail. Every AI request from DataMind OS is logged in your own database with model, agent, user, duration and status.
04AI
Where model calls go.
AI model calls go through DataMind's AI gateway, which routes only to zero-data-retention model endpoints. Columns marked as personal data reach models as tokens.
PII Shield, an on-premise detection model, checks what people send to Minds and persistent training cards.
DataMind's AI gateway stores the request and response bodies of model calls in its own log; turn on Prohibit PII transmission to keep them out of it.
05Plan
One plan. Two months to decide.
The trial is the full OS on your own server, with no card and no feature limits. When it ends, you buy a license or the OS stops, and your data stays on your servers either way.
The plan
One plan, $4,999 a month or $49,999 a year, every app, a two-month free trial on your servers.
