01Day one
One server. Every app.
DataMind OS installs on one Linux server you control, physical or virtual, in your cloud account or your data center. The browser-based Installer takes about 20 minutes, and evaluation starts at 2 vCPU, 16 GB RAM and 128 GB SSD.
Connect Anything, Lake, Warehouse, ETL/ELT, Workflows, Lineage, the SQL editor, DataPrism BI, Slides and AI Minds arrive together, with one login. A new installation comes with a sample semantic model and report, so the team can explore on the first day.
02Price
No per-seat pricing.
One company license covers the whole OS and every app. Adding colleagues does not change the price, and your server or cloud VM is billed by your own provider.
The trial is the full OS, every app, on your own server, for two months. No card and no feature limits.
The plan
One plan, $4,999 a month or $49,999 a year, every app, a two-month free trial on your servers.
Pricing03AI Minds
Answers from your own data.
AI Minds answer business questions in chat by writing and running SQL on the tables you link to them. The SQL runs on your servers, and the model call goes through DataMind's AI gateway, which routes only to zero-data-retention model endpoints.
The license includes 85M Kartlos Premium and 850M Kartlos Standard tokens a month, DataMind's built-in model tiers.
04Slides
Investor decks from the same numbers.
A Mind can turn its findings into a deck from the chat, and the Slides AI panel adds, edits and reorders slides in the deck you are working on.
Charts and tables on a slide can be bound to a SQL query, so the numbers refresh when the deck opens. Decks export to PPTX with native charts, and to PDF.
05Later
Grow into the warehouse.
Start with your sources in the lake and a few reports. When the questions get harder, model dimensions and facts in the Warehouse: DataMind generates the table definitions on deploy and can keep the history of each dimension for you.
Workflows order the transformations from their dependencies, and Lineage draws the path from source to model, Mind and deck. Nothing new to buy, install or connect on the way.
